  I had two units here for 2 years, then went down to one unit the last year(at 75.00 & 85.00 a piece)! I went to gain access to my unit on April 26th 2016, and due to having a payment due/late i couldn't. i made a payment at the machine, after 15 mins i still couldn't get in with my code. So i called the number im used to calling, i got and answer from a guy claiming to be the groundskeeper/grasscutter. I asked about charlie or guy i normally deal with, told me he was out of town and forwarded his calls to his Phn. He said he was outside of decatur headed that way to cut the grass, after a hour he finally showed.
  
  No greeting, no hello how r u, alarm blaring/going off like he didnt know the code. Had to call someone to turn it off...Never spoke other than to ask if i made a payment, got on computer pushed a few buttons asked for my unit #, more buttons. Then walked out go gate asked me my code typed it in and whala it opened. No.... i reset it, here u go, nothing just walked off? Very rude man, seemed to be a racist and bery unpleasant. My guy just looked at him like wow, so upon entering the gate i ask him when wil the guy be bck that i have been used to dealing with. He stated tmrw at 12, then followed with "there's nothing he's going to be able to do for you, im the owner". I said what is there for him to do??? Wow....first u were the guy just watching it while he's out of town, he cuts the grass, to now your the owner!!!
  
  I told him he has been rude and assholish since he got there, really over the phone he just stood there looking at me nit sayingva word still. Also told him i've been renting over 2 years here, but that day I removed all my items out of unit #90 that day. All items motorcycle and all, i refuse to pay a biggot/racist when probably half or more of thebppl that rent are of sum color, whether black, hispanic, etc!!! Would never advise anyone to rent from the guy with the Moulton shirt on!!!!!! Won't get another penny from me, i couldnt even get a simple "Hello".. Rent there at your own risk""""!!!!!!
